The circulating grain dryer is a continuous batch drying machine specially designed for grain crops. Working Principle
The circulating grain dryer adopts the method of “intermittent feeding, continuous circulation” for efficient grain drying:
Feeding: High-moisture grain is loaded into the internal storage bin of the dryer.
Heating and drying: The hot air provided by the hot air furnace quickly heats the grain in the drying section, causing the moisture on the surface to evaporate.
Tempering (Moisture Equalization): The grain is retained temporarily to allow internal moisture to redistribute evenly, preventing surface cracking.
Re-drying: The grain re-enters the drying section for another round of moisture removal.
This cycle repeats multiple times until the grain reaches the target moisture level, after which it is automatically discharged.
