Fine Coal Dryer Machine Description
Fine coal is the high quality coal that has been mechanically processed by the coal washing plant to reduce the ash and sulfur content and remove some impurities, which is suitable for some specialized purposes. After the mechanical dewatering of fine coal, the moisture is still very high, which not only affects the coal quality, but also increases the transportation cost. We have developed the washed fine coal drying system for processing clean coal. The final moisture content of the fine coal can be less than 8%, and the particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
Advantages of Fine Coal Dryer Machine

Composition of Clean Coal Drying Equipment
Clean coal dryer equipment is mainly composed of heat source, dispersing device, belt feeder, rotary drum, belt discharger, induced draft fan, discharger and power distribution cabinet.
Fine Coal Dryer Working Principle
As the cleaned coal materials have certain viscosity, the drying processes are divided into the following working areas:
1. Materials guiding area: The wet material contacts with the high-temperature hot air and evaporates water rapidly. The material is transferred to the next working area under the action of the guide plate with large guide angle.
2. Lifting and cleaning area: The wet material is lifted by the lifting board to form a material curtain, and it is easy to bond the drum wall when the material falls. As the equipment is designed with cleaning device, the cleaning device can reasonably clean the materials adhered to the inner wall. In this process, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking the agglomeration of the material particles, thus increasing the heat exchange area and the drying rate.
3. Inclined lifting plate area: The wet coal in this area has been in a loose state of low moisture, and has no cohesiveness. After full heat exchange, the materials reach the required moisture and enter the final discharge area.
4. Discharge area: There is no lifting plate in this area, and the materials slide to the discharge port to complete the whole drying process.
