Bean Dregs Dryer
Bean Dregs Dryer Machine Introduction
The bean dregs is the residue produced in the processing of soybean products, which is rich in crude protein, fiber and other nutrients, and has high value in the feed industry. However, the soybean dregs have high moisture content and high viscosity, which can cause environmental pollution if not treated in time. According to the characteristics of bean curd dregs, we have designed a complete set of soybean dregs drying system, which can reduce the moisture content of bean dregs from 55%-60% to about 13%. The soybean dregs can be turned into treasure with the help of double processes of high-efficiency filter pressing and thermal drying.
Advantages of Soybean Residues Dryer
♠ Advanced structure, high drying efficiency, low energy consumption, and high heat utilization.
♣ High degree of automation, the equipment can automatically complete the feeding and discharging processes, and intelligently control the exhaust gas temperature.
♥ Special dispersing device is adopted inside to ensure full heat exchange between materials and hot air.
♦ It can be combined with subsequent processes such as crushing, mixing, pelletizing and packaging to produce the finished bean dregs feed pellets.
Application of Bean Residues Dryer
The soybean dregs dryer is widely used for drying bean curd dregs, soybean dregs, bean pulp, potato dregs, brewer’s grains, peanut dregs, cassava pulp, fruit residues, sugar beet pulp, and other dregs materials.
Bean Dregs Dryer Working Principle
The wet soybean pulp is sent into the drum of the bean dregs dryer through the conveying device and the feeding device, and the high-temperature hot air also enters from the same side. The drum is equipped with a special dispersing device inside. The wet soybean dregs are dispersed and crushed by the dispersing device to form small particles, thus increasing the contact area between materials and high-temperature hot air. With the rotation and the inclination of the cylinder, the material is lifted from the bottom to the top of the drum, forming a material curtain to realize the heat exchange between soybean residue and hot air. The water in the soybean residue is constantly evaporating, and the finished materials meeting the drying requirements are discharged outside. The materials that do not meet the drying requirements cannot move quickly due to their own weight, so they will be discharged from the drum after being completely dried in the soybean residue drum dryer.
