Tomato Residue Dryer Machine

Tomato residue is the waste from the production of tomato sauce (juice), mainly composed of seeds and fruit peels. After drying, the tomato residue can be used as animal feed due to its high nutritional value. Our tomato residue dryer is developed based on the physical characteristics of tomato residue. It adopts a unique dispersing device to break up the bonded tomato residue. Then a unique guiding material system is used to make the tomato residue run back and forth in the dryer. The running stroke in the pomace dryer is extended, and the contact area between hot air and tomato residue is enlarged, resulting in high thermal efficiency.

Tomato Pomace Dryer Working Principle

Firstly, the tomato residue with high moisture content enters the drum of the rotary dryer through the conveyor. A unique dispersing device is equipped in the inner drum of the dryer. With the continuous rotation of the drum, the contact area between the material and the high-temperature hot air is increased. At the same time, the tomato residue continues to move forward until the dried tomato residue material is discharged from the discharging port, achieving the complete drying treatment of the tomato residue materials.
