We equipped the drying system with a high-efficiency baghouse dust collector that overcomes common drawbacks such as insufficient cleaning energy in chamber reverse-air systems and the simultaneous filtering and cleaning in pulse-jet designs. This technological advancement not only broadens the application horizons of bag-type dust removal systems but also guarantees dust emission levels are strictly maintained below 30mg/m³.
For explosion protection, pressure relief devices are installed at key points to vent pressure under emergency conditions. Additionally, temperature sensors are strategically placed to monitor hot air conditions in real time, allowing intelligent adjustment of the drying process for safe and stable operation.
