Bagasse Drying Project in Vietnam

Our client from Vietnam consulted about bagasse drying equipment. With a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons, they ultimately selected our large drum dryer with a diameter exceeding three meters to accomplish this task.
The process design, equipment selection, and structural configuration of our bagasse drying production line are all based on in-depth analysis and testing of the material. In the design, we fully considered the characteristics of bagasse, such as its light weight, high sugar content, high viscosity, and fluffiness. We utilized proprietary processes and core technologies to achieve efficient drying while ensuring high processing capacity.

After entering the dryer, the wet bagasse is evenly dispersed within the dryer by the uniformly distributed lifting plates within the drum, allowing it to fully contact the hot air and accelerate heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the bagasse, under the action of the inclined lifting plates and the hot air, is discharged through the star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer.
