Zhengzhou Dongding Partners with Mexican Brewery to Build High-Efficiency Spent Grain Drying Line
After an in-depth review of their distiller’s grains drying equipment, a Mexican beer manufacturer successfully established a partnership with Zhengzhou Dongding.
The client needed to process high-humidity distiller’s grains, with a daily processing capacity of 30 tons. To address this high-humidity material, our company equipped it with a screw extrusion dehydrator as a front-end dehydration process, effectively reducing the moisture content of distiller’s grains from 85% to approximately 65%. This pretreatment not only significantly reduced subsequent drying energy consumption and production costs, but also increased overall production efficiency by approximately 40%.
The entire production line includes natural gas burners, dehydration equipment, drying equipment, dust removal equipment and electronic control systems. By optimizing the process flow, it achieves automated, continuous and efficient operation.
This collaboration not only provides the client with a customized drying solution but also further strengthens Dongding’s expertise and international influence in the distiller’s grains drying field.
